About the role

  • Lead end to end delivery of experiential and digital production projects
  • Manage multiple live projects simultaneously at varying stages of design, production and install
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and budgets
  • Own project finances including estimates, reconciliations, supplier POs and GP tracking
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
  • Collaborate closely with design, strategy and account teams to align creative intent with production feasibility
  • Source and manage suppliers including fabricators, AV teams, digital developers and content creators
  • Oversee on site installations, live activations and de-rigs as required
  • Maintain internal process standards and contribute to improving workflows

Requirements

  • Three to five years experience in a production role within a creative, experiential or retail focused agency
  • Proven track record delivering physical activations, retail installations or live brand environments
  • Strong budget management skills including forecasting and reconciliation
  • Experience working across both physical and digital content production
  • Confident managing suppliers and external partners
  • Comfortable leading client meetings and production calls
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in production management tools and standard office software
