About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and manage project scope in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Plan, structure, and monitor project schedules and plans, controlling scope, timelines, and hourly budgets.
Lead the negotiation and allocation of the resources required to achieve objectives and deliverables.
Manage and monitor project cost, quality, schedule, and risk indicators in coordination with other company departments.
Participate in and lead alignment meetings, status reports, and strategic meetings with clients.
Facilitate decision-making, blocker resolution, and quality control processes for deliverables.
Ensure the application of project management best practices, agile methodologies, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience managing technology projects, including financial, risk, and people management.
Hands-on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira for tracking and metrics.
Strong negotiation and conflict management skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Certification in agile methodologies (Scrum PSM, PSPO, PMP, or similar).
Experience managing multiple data, technology, or IT services projects simultaneously.
Previous experience delivering projects in the assistance services sector or for large corporate organizations.
