Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in development and support of the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience developing the AppEngine module
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management)
  • Experience developing with JavaScript, Client Scripts and UI Policies
  • Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP and APIs
  • Familiarity managing environments (DEV, TEST, UAT and PROD) and using Update Sets
  • Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge base (KB) articles
  • Desirable knowledge:
  • ITIL Foundation
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (or in progress)
  • Knowledge of Performance Analytics, Health Scan and Instance Security Center
  • Basic understanding of CMDB and platform governance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Active Directory and Azure
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
