About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on evolving solutions focused on third‑party, supplier and strategic partner risk management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in development and support of the ServiceNow platform
- Experience developing the AppEngine module
- Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management)
- Experience developing with JavaScript, Client Scripts and UI Policies
- Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP and APIs
- Familiarity managing environments (DEV, TEST, UAT and PROD) and using Update Sets
- Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge base (KB) articles
- Desirable knowledge:
- ITIL Foundation
- ServiceNow CSA certification (or in progress)
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics, Health Scan and Instance Security Center
- Basic understanding of CMDB and platform governance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Active Directory and Azure
- Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
