About the role
- Work on architecture, design, and solution definition within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including: Service Catalog, Incidents, Installations, Security, CMDB, and Changes.

- Web Services integrations: SOAP, HTTP, MID Server, SAP.
- Understanding of web application concepts, networking, protocols and e-mail (SMTP, POP3).
- Experience with modules: ITOM or ITAM or App Engine or Employee Portal.
- Agile and waterfall methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PMI, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Languages: English: intermediate/advanced (advantageous), Spanish: intermediate/advanced (advantageous).
- Desired certifications: CSA, CIS, ITSM, ITIL, Scrum, CIS, Discovery.
- Experience with IT service management, estimating, and preparing technical proposals.
- Experience in training and mentoring less experienced professionals.
