- Work on a strategic project, leading development teams in a highly technically complex environment
- Be hands-on and strategic, serving as a technical reference
- Influence architectural decisions and ensure quality, performance, and scalability of solutions
- Provide technical guidance to the team and support architectural decisions
- Evolve the platform and ensure consistent deliveries in a cloud-native environment focused on microservices, APIs, and engineering best practices
- Lead cross-team integration and architecture modernization
Requirements
- Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Act as a technical reference, guiding decisions on architecture, code, and best practices
- Conduct code reviews, provide mentoring, and lead technical alignments
- Define and enforce architecture standards, versioning, CI/CD, and governance
- Evolve the platform architecture with a focus on microservices, performance, and scalability
- Management, Delivery & Innovation
- Collaborate with PO/PM on prioritization and requirement refinement
- Ensure deliveries are of high quality and on schedule
- Organize and distribute the development team’s workload
- Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
