About the role

  • Work as a Golang Developer at Serasa, in a squad-extension model, participating in the development and evolution of large-scale backend systems
  • Build and evolve critical services with a focus on performance, scalability, observability, and reliability
  • Adopt best practices, maintain code quality, and pursue professional growth in a highly collaborative, agile, cloud-first environment

Requirements

  • Develop and enhance backend systems using Golang (mandatory)
  • Collaborate across the full software development lifecycle
  • Work with databases: PostgreSQL (mandatory)
  • Use technical ecosystem tools daily: GoLand, Git, GitLab, Datadog, Rancher, Jira, Confluence
  • Develop and operate solutions on AWS Cloud
  • Plan, organize, document, and negotiate requirements clearly and efficiently
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Solid experience with Golang (backend)
  • Experience with AWS Cloud
  • Experience with messaging systems
  • Experience working with agile methodologies
  • Collaborative profile with good communication skills and positive energy
