About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to claims staff
  • Set up and enter new claims into the claims management system
  • Input and review notes and diaries in the claims management system
  • Process payments
  • Process mail and handle filing, faxing, and photocopying
  • Review, prepare, create, and/or send letters, reports, and forms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Six (6) months of clerical or customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required

  • Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, and discretion
  • Ability to handle work-related stress
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Computer keyboarding ability
