About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

To develop, implement and evaluate human factors/ergonomic program strategies;
to develop and deliver educational programs and materials;
to serve as liaison to internal and external groups for human factors/ergonomics issues and opportunities;
and to provide guidance in human factors/ergonomics issues and development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with major in engineering, ergonomics, psychology or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Advance degree and/or Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE), Certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP), Certified Industrial Ergonomist (CIE) or Certified Human Factors Engineering Professional (CHFEP) certification strongly preferred.
Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required to include five (5) years experience in progressive ergonomics role.
