About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze reported leave requests and determine paid leave benefits due based on client paid leave plans
- Make timely calculations, payments and/or adjustments for client paid leave plans
- Ensure ongoing claim management is within company service standards and industry best practices
- Establish FMLA claims and track documentation in accordance with internal workflow processes
- Communicate decisions and ongoing expectations with claimants and clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate – including Microsoft Office
- Organizational skills required
- Must meet minimum typing requirements
- Clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
