About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Creates unique, strategic marketing collateral to meet the needs of a variety of clients.
  • Responsible for design and marketing support for strategic marketing plans, working with in-house and outside resources to create high-impact materials programs to acquire and retain Sedgwick Pooling customers across all lines of business.
  • Responsible for creating and developing content developed for Sedgwick services and/or Pooling clients.
  • Leads strategic marketing campaigns with a variety of digital promotions, which may include branding, email blasts/newsletters, webinars, flyers, promotions, marketing campaigns, and website optimization.
  • Strategizes with management to analyze effective marketing campaigns through the use of data analytics with the ability to pivot toward optimization for further engagement.
  • Edits and proofreads marketing collateral.
  • Conducts research, analysis, logistics, and overall coordination of projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all aspects of the business and ancillary services such as alternative risk to support national marketing programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Concentration in marketing or communications preferred.
  • Six (6) years of experience in marketing or corporate communications or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Excellent oral and written communications, including presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Familiar with Web Content Management similar to WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace.
  • Demonstrated skills in marketing, digital marketing, writing, editing, digital analytics, strategy, and website development.
  • Competitive intelligence focus; familiarity with logistics software and digital analytics.
  • Layout and design skills; knowledge of Adobe Suite and Canva.
  • Attention to details, deadlines, and budget restraints.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
