Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Dutch-speaking
SedgwickTalent Acquisition Expert managing hiring for the Dutch market with flexibility to work remotely. Partnering with stakeholders to build talent pipelines and lead hiring initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full TA lifecycle : briefing, sourcing, screening/interviewing, feedback, and offer management—adding value throughout.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, employer branding, social channels, referrals and internal mobility.
- Transform data into action : partner with the Head of TA to create insights that shape TA strategy and priorities.
- Champion internal mobility and support Sedgwick’s commitment to developing colleagues.
- Lead TA initiatives including referral programmes and other hiring projects across the region.
- Collaborate across CR (HR) and business leadership to shape recruitment approaches aligned to country and functional strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find people others don’t
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across borders
- Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (non-negotiable)
