About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze Workers Compensation claims to determine benefits due.
  • Manage complex workers’ compensation claims from initial investigation through final resolution.
  • Evaluate claim exposure and develop action plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
  • NY jurisdiction and NY licensing knowledge.
