About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead design and configuration of PATT modules
- Act as functional lead and decision-maker
- Translate functional requirements into scalable, standardized Workday solution
- Provide feasibility assessments based on system capabilities and constraints
- Ensure compliance with payroll and labor regulations
- Mentor junior analysts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep PATT experience ideally globally/multi-country
- Enterprise-level Workday experience (10K+ employees)
- Strong payroll and time tracking knowledge
- Ability to lead solution decisions
- Ability to act as the ‘CEO’ of the PATT functional area to foster a good working relationship with the stakeholders
- Workday Payroll certification preferred
- Enterprise experience preferred
