Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages the technical foundation of Sedgwick’s enterprise web platform
  • Ensures that Sedgwick’s web ecosystem remains discoverable, performant, scalable, and resilient
  • Leads the technical implementation of SEO and AIO strategy across the platform
  • Coordinates with DevOps on CI/CD processes without owning infrastructure or pipelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development or Digital Media preferred
  • Eight (8) years of professional web engineering experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance diagnostics, and front-end performance optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Semrush, RankMath) and digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
