About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate training
Assess colleague career development needs
Develop training programs and materials
Deliver programs when appropriate to analyze, improve and manage performance
Deliver new colleague orientation
Monitor development plans
Oversee performance analyses
Develop training material, lesson plans, assessment and evaluation for training modules
Ensure that the training process is properly coordinated, monitored, documented and evaluated
Coordinate and facilitate technical systems training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years line-of-business (such as claims, customer service, etc.) experience and two (2) years training experience
Good knowledge of adult education theory
Technologically literate- understands support systems
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Analytical and interpretive skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation skills
