About the role
- Reviewing and auditing auto damage estimates for both repairable and total loss claims to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client guidelines
- Evaluating estimates prepared by 1099 and staff appraisers, validating estimating practices, documentation, and adherence to established standards
- Identifying discrepancies, providing quality feedback, and supporting overall estimating integrity across the program
- Compiling audit results and submitting to manager for review
- Providing audit results for quarterly stewardship reports
- Monitoring ongoing action items logs and project plans with appropriate stakeholders
- Updating vendor resources to mapping program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Four (4) years of investigative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
