About the role
- Assess performance of internal, client or vendor case files or records
- Identify trends and areas of opportunity for increased service efficiency and quality
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure all required and relevant data elements are accurately captured
- Compile audit results and submit to manager for review
- Provide audit results for quarterly stewardship reports
- Monitor ongoing action items logs and project plans with appropriate stakeholders
- Update vendor resources to mapping program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Four (4) years of investigative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
