About the role

  • Oversee and maintain the Workday integration landscape, ensuring stability and scalability
  • Design, build, and support integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB
  • Perform EIB loads and troubleshoot related issues
  • Develop and maintain XSLT transformations for data mapping and formatting
  • Build and manage API integrations (REST and SOAP) between Workday and third-party systems
  • Monitor integration performance, resolve errors, and implement enhancements
  • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in Workday Integrations
  • Expert proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connector, and EIB
  • Strong technical foundation in XSLT and XML-based transformations
  • Hands-on experience with Workday API integrations (REST and SOAP)
  • Solid understanding of Workday integration architecture
  • Experience with large-scale Workday deployments or multi-country integrations
  • Comprehensive capability across all Workday domains
  • Exceptional communicative competence, both oral and written
  • Proven technical and organisational acumen
