About the role

  • To manage accounts of locally assigned programs including monitoring procedures and processes that impact customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
  • Travels as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Two (2) years of related experience to include one (1) year as an Account Coordinator, analyst, associate or three (3) years adjuster experience.
  • Knowledge of client workers' compensation processes and procedures.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office products (especially excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
