About the role
- Monitor team and colleague technical and quality activities
- Recommend office needs for training to management
- Administer the COMPASS program; conduct local office file audits
- Present audit findings and results to local management
- Assists Operations managers with national quality initiatives
- Manage colleague coaching, mentoring, and group training
- Conduct training during regional claims school quarterly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Professional certification such as AIC, CPCU or ARM preferred
- Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include five (5) years claims management and two (2) years supervisory experience required
- Thorough knowledge of claims management practices and procedures
- Strong understanding of quality and auditing processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
