About the role

  • Monitor team and colleague technical and quality activities
  • Recommend office needs for training to management
  • Administer the COMPASS program; conduct local office file audits
  • Present audit findings and results to local management
  • Assists Operations managers with national quality initiatives
  • Manage colleague coaching, mentoring, and group training
  • Conduct training during regional claims school quarterly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Professional certification such as AIC, CPCU or ARM preferred
  • Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include five (5) years claims management and two (2) years supervisory experience required
  • Thorough knowledge of claims management practices and procedures
  • Strong understanding of quality and auditing processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
