About the role
- Promote and sell the organization's products and/or services within an assigned geographic area;
- Generate sales leads for prospects/clients via telemarketing, social media, local marketing events, and direct contact with property claims adjusters and management level professionals.
- Engage potential clients interested in the organization’s products and/or services.
- Identify, develop, and maintain internal and external relationships/partnerships.
- Develop and implement an annual sales plan including identification of potential client prospects, their needs, and methodology of presenting company's ability to fulfill those needs.
- Maintain thorough daily call records in our contact management database or CRM.
- Achieve and exceed all monthly sales quotas & goals.
- Up to 50% travel in the following states to include, NE, IA, WI, MN, ND, and SD.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Three to Five years outside sales experience calling on the property & casualty claims industry, equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills,
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products,
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
- Excellent negotiation skills,
- Strong organizational skills.
