About the role
- Lead and support implementations and platform configurations
- Manage technical project execution and scope documentation
- Oversee technical support functions including mailbox and ticket resolution
- Direct reporting and analytic efforts
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Support client communications and technical aspects of service delivery
- Drive special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in technical operations, project management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing vendor relationships and client-facing technical functions
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Ten (10) years of bill review experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Five (5) years of supervisory experience preferred.
