Senior Delivery Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customer-centric product and platform teams toward high-quality, predictable delivery.
- Facilitate structured, iteration-based delivery cycles across multiple teams.
- Mentor less-experienced Delivery Managers.
- Drive continuous improvement at both the team and program level.
- Monitor delivery progress and flow across teams, identifying bottlenecks early.
- Address systemic issues impacting delivery effectiveness across multiple teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Agile frameworks and conduct training sessions.
- Facilitate coordination and communication across teams, stakeholders, and Product Managers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on Delivery Manager or Agile Coach experience, with a track record of facilitating iteration-based delivery across multiple teams
- Proven experience mentoring Delivery Managers or Agile practitioners
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of iterative delivery principles and methodologies, with deep practical experience in structured delivery
- Strong leadership, mentoring, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with organizational adoption of delivery work management tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) preferred
