Bilingual Coordinator – New Business

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform data entry and verification for insurance applications
- Make outbound phone calls and written communications (emails and letters) to applicants and financial institutions to obtain missing documents or information ("incomplete files")
- Contact clients to schedule telephone underwriting interviews
- Manage these interactions to provide accurate and helpful information while delivering high-quality customer service
- Monitor, update, and produce reports related to data
- Add additional requirements and follow up with clients, external partners, and other departments within banks or financial institutions
- Conduct information research and ensure relevant data is transmitted to the appropriate stakeholders
- Perform any other required administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in data entry and customer service required
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with clients in different regions
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong typing skills and good proficiency with computer tools (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to fluctuations in workload
- Enthusiastic attitude and proactive mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills
- General knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
- Previous experience in an office environment or in telephone-based work is an asset
