About the role
- Lead the monthly close process and ensuring financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP
- Provide analytical input, recommend process improvements with a focus on data and automation
- Manage the preparation of business process and standard operating procedures documentation
Requirements
- B.S. in Accounting. CPA and/or MBA a plus
- 5+ years of financial experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficient in technical accounting research
- Experience performing financial reporting consolidations – both multicurrency and multiple companies and, intercompany eliminations
