About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the link between business areas (Controllership, Finance and Billing) and the technology department;
Elicit, analyze and document requirements with stakeholders;
Translate business needs into clear, detailed technical specifications;
Implement, support and version solutions within the TOTVS Datasul ecosystem;
Administer and enhance workflows and processes on the Fluig platform;
Ensure system stability, performance and availability in critical environments;
Support controllership and finance processes, including accounting closing and tax obligations in the Datasul ERP;
Prepare technical documentation, process flow diagrams, reports and executive presentations;
Propose continuous improvements and technological innovations to optimize processes;
Act consultatively with senior management, supporting strategic decision-making;
Manage requests and priorities with a focus on delivering business value;
Work in an agile and adaptive manner in response to changes and new requirements;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field;
Experience in IT;
Knowledge of tools: TOTVS Datasul, Oracle database and Progress database;
