About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and manage the SailPoint platform, including developing custom roles, provisioning workflows, and designing standard and custom connectors
Manage access certification and review processes, ensuring compliance with information security policies
Develop and maintain PowerShell and shell scripts to automate tasks related to the platform
Administer and configure the SailPoint platform according to clients' security requirements
Develop processes and business rules for the lifecycle of employees and third parties
Implement user access rules for systems and applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated security solutions
Perform troubleshooting—identify, address, and document issues
Develop complex rules, integrate new applications, and implement improvements and fixes
Follow SEC4U processes and policies to ensure quality deliveries
Identify and propose improvements for clients using SailPoint

Requirements

What you’ll need

Academic degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
Experience with implementation and administration of SailPoint
Strong knowledge of information security concepts, access policies, and identity and access control
Development experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, JSON and web services
Familiarity with Confluence
Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub
Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Intermediate proficiency in English
Preferred: SailPoint Identity Security Leader, Professional or Engineer certification
Preferred: Proven experience delivering projects using SailPoint
Preferred: Intermediate Spanish
