About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead implementation projects for IGA solutions;
Define technical architecture and identity governance strategy;
Design advanced RBAC models and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies;
Conduct requirements-gathering workshops;
Serve as a technical reference for complex integrations;
Ensure adherence to security frameworks and compliance requirements;
Support clients during regulatory audits;
Mentor junior and mid-level analysts;
Identify opportunities for technical expansion within client environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in IT or a related field;
Solid experience in IGA implementation projects;
Experience in IAM/IGA solution architecture;
Advanced knowledge of complex integrations and automation;
Advanced English;
SailPoint Identity Security Leader, Professional, or Engineer certification (preferred);
Intermediate Spanish (preferred).
