About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and manage IGA solutions in corporate environments;
Develop provisioning workflows and automations;
Create and maintain business rules related to the identity lifecycle;
Lead integrations with on-premises and cloud systems;
Execute and monitor access certification campaigns;
Perform advanced troubleshooting;
Identify technical improvements and propose architectural enhancements;
Support clients during audits and regulatory requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Information Security, or related fields;
Strong knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts;
Solid understanding of RBAC, SoD, and user lifecycle management;
Experience with APIs, JSON, XML, or Web Services;
Experience integrating with AD, LDAP, and enterprise applications;
Programming logic; basic scripting or development knowledge: Java (SailPoint rules), PowerShell (desirable);
Infrastructure and Security: SAML / OAuth / OIDC (desirable), TLS/Certificates, Networking (ports, firewalls, proxies);
Intermediate English;
Preferred: SailPoint Identity Security Leader, Professional, or Engineer certification;
Practical experience with at least one of the platforms: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ);
Intermediate Spanish.
