About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the development and implementation of SEB’s account administration and interest rate services within the Accounts Channels team
  • Onboard to and contribute to the roadmap of the recently developed Interest Rate Service solution
  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software hands-on as part of an agile team
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and ship new features
  • Work with C#, PostgreSQL, OpenShift, GitHub Actions, .NET, and Angular
  • Participate in technical, architectural, and methodological investigations
  • Help ensure performance, quality, responsiveness, code quality, organization, and automation across the solution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong technical skills combined with a passion for collaboration, leadership, and clear communication
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn, actively seeking solutions and enjoying dialogue with domain experts across both IT and business
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp, present, and discuss technical topics effectively
  • Proven experience in C# development and a solid understanding of the .NET platform
  • Hands-on experience working with agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices
  • A genuine interest in analyzing, presenting, and discussing technical topics
  • Professional fluency in English
