About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks
Translate business and technical requirements into effective test scenarios
Perform functionality, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery
Identify and document defects, collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, and improve overall test coverage and quality practices
Ensure reliable lending solutions for customers across the Baltics
Take ownership of test automation across back-end and front-end applications
Work closely with developers, business specialists, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation
Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar
Familiarity with SQL and database validation, as well as Git or CI/CD environments
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices
Candidate must meet the requirements of Article 34.5 of the Credit Institutions Law
Experience with Playwright or Selenium would be considered an advantage
Experience testing microservices or cloud-based solutions
Performance testing experience with tools such as JMeter or k6
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools
