About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop secure, customer-friendly solutions with the Product Owner and team
Translate business goals, regulatory needs, and customer feedback into development requirements and process documentation
Facilitate requirements workshops with development teams and stakeholders
Support the full lifecycle from idea to rollout, including testing and UAT planning and execution
Ensure stability and quality of existing services and compliance with area-specific regulations
Advise stakeholders and colleagues on products and processes within the team’s area

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working knowledge of investment products and related processes
Experience translating business needs into requirements and working closely with IT and stakeholders
Experience planning and performing testing/user acceptance testing (UAT)
Fluency in English
Fluency in Lithuanian
Ownership mindset, strong prioritization skills, and a hands-on approach
Nice to have: experience in business analysis, product development, IT development, project management, or similar
Nice to have: knowledge of derivatives/FX-related processes
Nice to have: experience or education in legal or regulatory areas
