About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop secure, customer-friendly solutions with the Product Owner and team
  • Translate business goals, regulatory needs, and customer feedback into development requirements and process documentation
  • Facilitate requirements workshops with development teams and stakeholders
  • Support the full lifecycle from idea to rollout, including testing and UAT planning and execution
  • Ensure stability and quality of existing services and compliance with area-specific regulations
  • Advise stakeholders and colleagues on products and processes within the team’s area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working knowledge of investment products and related processes
  • Experience translating business needs into requirements and working closely with IT and stakeholders
  • Experience planning and performing testing/user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Lithuanian
  • Ownership mindset, strong prioritization skills, and a hands-on approach
  • Nice to have: experience in business analysis, product development, IT development, project management, or similar
  • Nice to have: knowledge of derivatives/FX-related processes
  • Nice to have: experience or education in legal or regulatory areas
