About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Source and attract candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks, job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Contribute to recruitment-related projects and continuous process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Enjoy building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at different levels
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are solution-oriented and comfortable working independently while being a strong team player
- Are curious about new trends and approaches within talent acquisition and candidate experience
- Are fluent in English and Latvian, both written and spoken, as you will be working with Baltic and local teams.
