About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take end-to-end ownership for the process and methodology framework across the Baltic organization.
- Define, maintain and govern methodologies of process management.
- Ensure the methodology is well-designed, consistently applied, and continuously improved.
- Support business and technology teams in methodology adoption and practical implementation.
- Act as the key expert and central coordination point for methodology-related topics, working closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of cross functional process and methodology frameworks
- Understanding of regulations that affect regulatory reporting area or experience in finance and risk reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to align across different levels of the organization
- Experience in driving cross-functional change and supporting adoption in complex environments
- Strong analytical and structured thinking with a holistic process view
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally
