About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and develop the methodology: Maintain deep understanding of the methodology and its principles
- Own and develop the methodology: Ensure the methodology is clear, practical, and aligned with governance requirements
- Own and develop the methodology: Drive continuous improvement and updates of the methodology

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of cross functional process and methodology frameworks
- Understanding of regulations that affect regulatory reporting area or experience in finance and risk reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to align across different levels of the organization
- Experience in driving cross-functional change and supporting adoption in complex environments
- Strong analytical and structured thinking with a holistic process view
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally
