About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Owning and continuously enhancing the identification, measurement, monitoring, reporting, and forward‑looking analysis of IRRBB/CSRBB, Market Risk and Liquidity Risk across the Baltics.
  • Providing independent oversight of IRRBB/CSRBB, Market Risk, and Liquidity Risk measurement and reporting, ensuring high data quality, strong controls, and timely escalation of issues.
  • Representing the risk function in change initiatives and projects, such as regulatory implementations and system enhancements, providing risk expertise and ensuring timely delivery across Baltics.
  • Ensuring that SEB Group standards and regulatory requirements are accurately implemented throughout the Baltic countries.
  • Collaborating closely with local stakeholders and SEB Group counterparts on IRRBB/CSRBB, Market, and Liquidity risk matters and related issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A university degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, risk management, or a related field.
  • Experience within IRRBB/CSRBB, Market Risk and Liquidity Risk in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Good understanding of regulatory and supervisory expectations related to IRRBB/CSRBB, market and liquidity risks, with deep knowledge of these risk types and key risk drivers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and models, challenge assumptions, and draw forward‑looking conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills to collaborate across the Baltics and the wider SEB Group, with the ability to simplify complex risk topics to diverse audiences
  • A high sense of ownership and integrity, strong attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
