About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own UX writing across the Baltics, setting direction and quality standards for digital copy.
- Take responsibility for written content in digital experiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and user value.
- Translate business goals, regulatory requirements, and user insights into clear, actionable copy in close collaboration with design, product, legal, and business teams.
- Contribute to usability testing, turning insights into strategic content improvements.
- Organize localizations in collaboration with the Baltic Communication team, who support translations and consistency in local languages - while you remain accountable for the overall content experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A proven track record as a UX writer or copywriter for digital products or services.
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Estonian.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive content quality across multiple products and close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively advocate for the user and present copy direction to the team.
- Understanding of UX design process.
