Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain high quality IT solutions, including requirements, analysis & design, coding and testing
Implement and improve test automations and perform manual tests where automation is not possible
Participate in T-shaped agile team of developers and testers
Contribute to achieving team goals with an analytical mindset and team collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven hands-on experience in C# and T‑SQL, with the ability to contribute to both development, test automation and test activities
Strong understanding of coding standards and software development best practices.
A strong curiosity about AI, with initial experience and a clear ambition to continuously explore and deepen your knowledge.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of test automation, engineering processes, and quality standards
Ability to debug and analyze issues using logs, configuration files, and code, and to document and track defects in collaboration with other developers and testers
Experience working in Agile environments (preferably SAFe), actively participating in refinement, estimation, and delivery of features
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
A coaching mindset and are ready to share knowledge with the rest of the team
Great communication skills and fluency in English
Experience in finance regulatory reporting is meritorious.
