About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a vital role in the setup, administration, and follow-up of SEB’s real estate and infrastructure funds.
- Manage extensive internal and external reporting, focusing on Luxembourg-based funds, quarterly/annual reports, budgets, and valuation processes.
- Handle complex inquiries from auditors and compliance in both Sweden and Luxembourg.
- Collaborate closely with fund controllers and asset managers.
- Actively contribute to fund development, profitability analysis, and bringing new ideas to our SEK 40 billion AUM team within SEB Asset Management AB in central Stockholm.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A university degree in business administration, finance, or an equivalent field.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office package.
- Prior experience or exposure to auditing, financial reporting, or real estate/infrastructure funds is highly meritorious.
- A strong analytical, structured, and proactive approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
