About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a senior back-end (.NET) solution developer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for designing, developing, and modernizing mission-critical payment capabilities.
- You will work closely with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance services aligned with SEB’s long-term payment strategy.
- You will be working in one of our feature teams in Örebro delivering the banks new global payment platform.
- We believe that you are passionate about development and eager to constantly learn.
- You are proactive and contribute with ideas and suggested improvements to our way of working.
- You take pride in delivering clean, efficient, maintainable and tested code.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A senior developer with experience in developing .NET applications and working with agile development together with product specialists and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems and identify patterns.
- Experience in working with DevOps, CI/CD and automation is needed.
- Will work in Microsoft-stack with .NET and Kubernetes, and event driven architecture.
- Equally important is your experience of turning requirements into well-functioning solutions.
- An understanding of business requirements and experience from IT design is also required.
- Great communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Bonus if you also have experience of working with development in the banking sector. Familiarity with payment standards or banking integrations.
