About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Stakeholder relationship responsibility for all audit work in CRO, Group Compliance, and CFO function
Leading and managing a team of nine professional auditors in Stockholm and Vilnius
Leading the Risk Assessment process and delivering a risk- and regulatory based Audit Plan on time
Overseeing the audit process to ensure compliance with Global Audit Methodology
Providing quarterly reports on the audit work to Banks CFO, CRO, and Head of Group Compliance
Ensuring the quality of ad hoc investigations or support with requests from Financial Supervisory Authorities
Key stakeholder in interactions with regulators and SEB External Auditors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the banking industry or similar, preferably with an external or internal audit-, supervisory or quantitative background
Documented management skills and practical experience to coach and develop a team of senior experts and quantitative analysts
Knowledge in areas pertaining to capital requirements and regulatory models is of merit
Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and relationships at all levels in the SEB organisation
Applicable university degree and fluent in English (both verbally and written language)
Interested in applying AI/Digital tools/data analytics in conducting the audit work
