You will be a part of a professional Baltic Business Control team.
Our team is a partner for both business and support unit managers, building active partnership, ensuring financial performance and providing analysis & insights for decision making.
The team's main task is to prepare the budget of the bank's various units and monitor the results on a monthly basis, as well as support managers with various ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

Proactive, positive and open-minded mindset
Good spoken and written English skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Good communication and cooperation skills
University degree in economics/finance/mathematics/statistics
At least 2 years of experience in reporting or controlling
Analytical, accurate, can handle complex information
Work experience with some BI software (Webfocus, Qlick Sense, Tableau, PowerBI), understanding SQL is beneficial.
Able to manage time & prioritize
