As a Senior Software developer, you will be working with technology and business domain experts across all Baltic countries.
Team’s purpose is to develop solutions needed to support the bank’s future vision towards digital banking leaders.
Authentication and signing solutions are widely used within the organization and should be constantly monitored and improved.
Demonstrate team player attitude with excellent coding skills.
Have initiative on proposing solutions, mentor more junior colleagues, and cooperate with external service providers.

Requirements

Strong experience in Java backend development with Spring Boot and Spring Framework
Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or Oracle and handling large, business‑critical datasets
Experience with REST API design, secure service integrations, token-based authentication mechanisms
Good understanding of OOP, SOLID, clean code, and secure coding practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated quality controls, and DevOps practices
Familiarity with reactive frontend frameworks like Angular or React
Experience with leading role in development projects, work across multiple systems and communicate effectively in a distributed international team
Proficient communication skills in both written and spoken English, as you will be working with colleagues in Baltic team
