  • Drive commercial growth and digital excellence across SEB’s corporate market

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing management - especially digital, commercial leadership, preferably in a complex, customer-centric organisation
  • Strong understanding of how digital channels contribute to sales performance and growth
  • A can do attitude and a sense-of urgency mindset
  • Proven ability to set ambitious goals, follow up results and drive continuous improvement
  • Experience leading and developing teams, with a clear focus on performance and accountability. You lead by example and believe in a positive and action oriented leadership
  • Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset, with the ability to act on insights and data
  • The ability to stay ahead, anticipate market changes and act proactively
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across organisational boundaries
