About the role
- Drive commercial growth and digital excellence across SEB’s corporate market
- Play a central role in driving SEB’s commercial performance within the corporate segment
- Own and lead the overall marketing and commercial strategy for corporate customers
- Focus on demand generation, digital growth and sales performance across SEB’s digital ecosystem
- Combine strategic leadership with hands-on commercial responsibility
- Ensure SEB stays proactive, competitive and consistently delivers on ambitious growth and sales targets in the corporate market
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing management - especially digital, commercial leadership, preferably in a complex, customer-centric organisation
- Strong understanding of how digital channels contribute to sales performance and growth
- A can do attitude and a sense-of urgency mindset
- Proven ability to set ambitious goals, follow up results and drive continuous improvement
- Experience leading and developing teams, with a clear focus on performance and accountability. You lead by example and believe in a positive and action oriented leadership
- Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset, with the ability to act on insights and data
- The ability to stay ahead, anticipate market changes and act proactively
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across organisational boundaries
