About the role
- Support ongoing projects by aligning IT, business goals and stakeholder perspectives, acting as a trusted link between business teams and IT experts
- Analize business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or innovation—then help bring those ideas to life
- Gather and translate business needs into clear,structured requirements by evaluating inputs from multiple sources and ensuring a unified approach
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather input and validate outcomes
- Gather development needs and help development lead to coordinate prioritization process
- Actively contribute for testing and contributein incident/problem handling
- Assist in creation of methodologies, templates and tools
- Actively participate in all Agile events
Requirements
- Experience as a Business/IT Analyst/Scrum master or in similar role
- Higher education within a relevant field (bachelor's degree or higher)
- Expert-level Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables and macros
- A solid understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and hands-on experience applying them or an interest in developing your skills in areas such as SM
- Experience facilitating workshops, ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and propose new approaches
- Great communication skills and fluency in English.
