About the role
- Join SEB’s Fraud Prevention team as a Senior Quality Engineer and help ensure the highest data and code quality in our mission to stop financial crime.
- You'll design and automate tests, validate data pipelines and applications, and collaborate with developers, data scientists, and investigators.
- With a passion for data, testing, and continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in our transition to the cloud.
Requirements
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience – 3+ years in software testing, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Test Automation Tools – Skilled in Playwright, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
- Programming & CI/CD – Strong in Java/Python test automation with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
- Agile Ways of Working – Experienced in Agile/Scrum setups, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Analytical Thinking – Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication – Clear, diplomatic, and effective communicator.
- Collaboration & Drive – Strong team player with a flexible mindset, takes initiative, and manages multiple priorities with ease.
