About the role

  • Join our FX (Foreign Exchange) Sales Frontend development team as a Solution Developer.
  • Work hands-on with new and updating features for the Foreign Exchange, that our traders and external customers use.
  • Collaborate closely with the business throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Take responsibility for software quality, writing maintainable and efficient code that holds up over time.

Requirements

  • Experience in software development, with an interest in building, maintaining, and evolving systems over time.
  • Ability and interest in understanding the system beyond individual components.
  • Proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript.
  • A relevant degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • An analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and contribution to automated workflows for build, testing, security scanning, and deployment; containerization (e.g. Docker) is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a financial context, such as FX.
