About the role
- Responsible Business Controller for assigned areas within Group Technology
- Providing stakeholders with financial advice and ensuring the fulfilment of financial Targets
- Target/Budget setting, continuous forecasting and analysis
- Timely and relevant reporting taking into account changing circumstances
- Active and engaged partner to management
- Contributing to continuous improvement of common controlling processes
- Participation in different projects
- Advancement of efficient and innovative use of data and related reporting tools,
- Collaboration with a team of business controllers
Requirements
- University degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting
- Relevant work experience from the controlling area or similar fields
- Experience from working in, or close to, management teams is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets
- Past experience related to Data Analytics will be an advantage
- Structured and problem solving mind-set
- Attention to details whilst still seeing the big picture
- Proactive approach with a strong drive to deliver
- Service minded with good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to establish and develop relationships with colleagues across divisions and countries.
