Requirements
- Enjoy solving complex problems and understand how technology choices impact real users and business outcomes.
- Have solid experience with .NET (C# or VB) and feel comfortable working with production-grade systems.
- Have worked with high-load SQL and data-intensive applications, and understand the challenges of performance and scalability.
- Have experience in (or curiosity about) building and maintaining systems with high availability and large transaction volumes.
- Take ownership of your work, while valuing collaboration, code reviews, and shared responsibility in the team.
- Enjoy learning, sharing knowledge, and continuously improving both systems and ways of working.
- Are comfortable working in a changing environment where legacy systems and modern cloud solutions co-exist.
