About the role
- Play a key role in designing, optimizing and automating end-to-end processes within the Leasing area.
- Ensure alignment with SEB’s product and process strategies.
- Work closely with Business Services and leverage technical solutions, including AI.
- Collaborate closely with Business, Tech, and stakeholders in the Financing Tribe to drive meaningful improvements.
- Lead and support key change initiatives.
- Analyze, design and implement new requirements.
- Drive process efficiency and improve workflows.
- Build and maintain end-to-end process knowledge.
Requirements
- The qualities of a proactive problem solver who excels in change management and process optimization. You use data to make informed decisions and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in non-financial risk management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- An analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with both business and technical aspects.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Preferable expertise in process mapping and efficiency improvements.
- Preferable proven ability to analyze data for informed decision making.
- Preferable experience in leading initiatives of varying scale.
- Preferable knowledge of technical solutions in process optimization.
- Experience or knowledge in Leasing is a plus but not required
