About the role

  • Play a key role in designing, optimizing and automating end-to-end processes within the Leasing area.
  • Ensure alignment with SEB’s product and process strategies.
  • Work closely with Business Services and leverage technical solutions, including AI.
  • Collaborate closely with Business, Tech, and stakeholders in the Financing Tribe to drive meaningful improvements.
  • Lead and support key change initiatives.
  • Analyze, design and implement new requirements.
  • Drive process efficiency and improve workflows.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end process knowledge.

Requirements

  • The qualities of a proactive problem solver who excels in change management and process optimization. You use data to make informed decisions and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in non-financial risk management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • An analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with both business and technical aspects.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Preferable expertise in process mapping and efficiency improvements.
  • Preferable proven ability to analyze data for informed decision making.
  • Preferable experience in leading initiatives of varying scale.
  • Preferable knowledge of technical solutions in process optimization.
  • Experience or knowledge in Leasing is a plus but not required
